DURING 2021 TTH MANAGED 123 AFFORDABLE RENTAL UNITS AND ADDED UNITS IN BALDWIN CITY. TTH STEWARDED REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS, MAKING 10 HOUSEHOLDS NEW HOMEOWNERS. TTH ALSO STWARDED 91 PERMANENTLY AFFORDABLE HOMES IN TRUST.
