MISSION: COMMUNITY ACCESS TELEVISION OF SALINA, INC., IS A COMMUNITY-BASED MEDIA COMPANY DESIGNED TO PROMOTE CITIZEN PARTICIPATION. OUR MISSION IS TO BUILD THE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING A FORUM FOR COMMUNICATION THROUGH THE USE OF ELECTRONIC MEDIA. WE PROVIDE THE PROPER TRAINING AND EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO ALLOW ANY CITIZEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXERCISE THEIR FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH.
