PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE CARE WITH THREE MEDICAL PROVIDER TEAM, COUNSELING, REFERRAL AND WELLNESS SERVICES. IN 2017, OUR CLINIC SERVED OVER 1,000 INDIVIDUAL PATIENTS WITH MEDICAL VISITS, THERAPY SESSIONS, AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION PRESCRIPTIONS.
