SELMAN CHARITABLE TRUST HAS BEEN CREATED TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES, EDUCATION ACTIVITIES AND SIMILAR ACTIVITIES IN AND AROUND THE GENERAL AREAS OF SEALY, TX, PROVIDED THAT THESE ORGANIZATIONS ARE THE TYPES OF ORGANIZATIONS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, LITERARY OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, AND WHICH ARE DESCRIBED IN INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 170(C) AND INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 2055(A)(1),(2) AND (3).
