TRAUMA INFORMED CARE - ENHANCE THE ORGANIZATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE TO TRANSFORM THE CULTURE AND INTERNAL PROCESSES TO STRENGTHEN LEADERSHIP AND BUILD CAPACITY TO BE TRAUMA INFORMED.
