THE ORGANIZATION EXISTS TO RECEIVE OUR NEIGHBORS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS, HELP THEM REBUILD THEIR LIVES, AND RETURN THEM TO THE COMMUNITY AS INDEPENDENT AND CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.

I'M POSSIBLE EXISTS TO ASSIST THE DURANT, OK COMMUNITY MEMBERS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS. THE ORGANIZATION SEEKS TO HELP THEM REBUILD THEIR LIVES AND RETURN THEM TO THE COMMUNITY AS INDEPENDENT AND CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED DAY SERVICES AND A TRANSITIONAL RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM. DURING DAY SERVICES, ANYONE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS IS WELCOME TO COME FOR SHOWERS, LAUNDRY, MEALS, AND WORK WITH OUR CASE WORKER. WE ARE HERE TO NOT ONLY MEET BASIC HUMAN NEEDS, BUT TO BUILD RELATIONSHIP, CREATE A MANAGABLE PLAN TO REBUILD THEIR LIVES, AND WORK WITH THEM TO ACHIEVE THOSE GOALS. WE ARE CLOSELY CONNECTED TO MANY ORGANIZATIONS IN OUR COMMUNITY SO WE CAN FURTHER CONNECT INDIVIDUALS TO OTHER SERVICES THEY MAY NEED. IN 2023, THE ORGANIZATION INITIATED THE TRANSITIONAL RESIDENCY PROGRAM. INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS, IF QUALIFIED AND ACCEPTED, LIVE IN OUR FACILITY FULL-TIME AND WORK A FOUR-PHASE PROGRAM WITH COACHING AND GUIDANCE FROM OUR DIRECTOR AND CASE WORKER. THEY WILL LEARN LIFE SKILLS, MAINTAIN EMPLOYMENT, AND LEARN TO MANAGE FINANCES AND A HOUSEHOLD IN A SAFE AND STABLE ENVIRONMENT. THE END GOAL IS COMPLETE SELF- SUFFICIENCY.
