LIVING AMENDS PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS TO VETTED SOBER LIVINGS THROUGHOUT TEXAS. INDIVIDUALS WHO QUALIFY MUST COMPLETE AN IN-PERSON RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT PROGRAM AND COMMIT TO CONTINUING THEIR RECOVERY IN SOBER LIVING TO BE CONSIDERED. EACH PERSON MUST FILL OUT AN ONLINE APPLICATION AND SIGN A CONTRACT. WE ASK EACH INDIVIDUAL TO PAY BACK 25% OF AWARDED AMOUNT WITHIN A YEAR.

WE GAVE OUT $71,000 IN SCHOLARSHIPS FOR 2021. WE ADDED 8 NEW HOUSES TO THE VETTED SOBER LIVING LIST. IN DECEMBER, WE GAVE $1500 IN SPECIAL GIVING TO TWO SOBER INDIVIDUALS IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE FOR RENT AND VET BILLS. WE RECEIVED BACK ALMOST $300 FROM INDIVIDUALS PAYING BACK SCHOLARSHIPS.
