PROVIDED PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING FOR INDIVIUALS WHO WERE PREVIOUSLY HOMELESS. THIS INCLUDES JOB SUPPORT, MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGING GROWTH TO BECOME A CONTRIBUTING INDEPENDENT PART OF SOCIETY.
