CASE MANAGEMENT IS A COLLABORATIVE PROCESS WHICH ASSESSES, PLANS, IMPLEMENTS, COORDINATES, MONITORS AND EVALUATES THE OPTIONS AND SERVICES REQUIRED TO MEET AN INDIVIDUAL'S NEEDS, USING COMMUNICATIONS AND AVAILABLE RESOURCES TO PROMOTE QUALITY OF LIFE AND SUCCESSFUL REENTRY.
MRRC HAS FORMED A PRESSURE WASHING COMPANY THAT IS PROVIDING SECOND CHANCE EMPLOYMENT TO FORMERLY INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS TO BREAK THE CYCLE OF RECIDIVISM. RECIDIVISM IS A MEASUREMENT OF THE RATE AT WHICH OFFENDERS COMMIT OTHER CRIMES, EITHER BY ARREST OR CONVICTION BASELINES, AFTER BEING RELEASED FROM INCARCERATION.
