CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL PROGRAM: PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE ASSESSED PROPERTIES WITHIN THE DISTRICT BOUNDARIES TO KEEP THE AREA CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL. THIS INCLUDES: SIDEWALK CLEANING AND GRAFFITI REMOVAL.
SAFE TEAM PROGRAM: PROVIDE SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE INDIVIDUAL ASSESSED PARCELS LOCATED WITHIN THE DISTRICT IN THE FORM OF PATROLS, AND WALKING PATROLS. THE SAFETY TEAM WILL DETER ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES IN THE DISTRICT AREA AND WILL SUPPLEMENT, NOT REPLACE, OTHER ONGOING POLICE, SECURITY, AND PATROL EFFORTS WITHIN THE DISTRICT.
MARKETING/COMMUNICATION: TO BRING INCREASED AWARENESS OF THE BUSINESSES WITHIN THE DISTRICT AND THEIR INDIVIDUAL OFFERINGS. THIS INCREASED AWARENESS WILL ATTRACT NEW CUSTOMERS TO THE DISTRICT BUSINESSES AND PROVIDE AN INCREASE IN COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY, WHICH WILL DIRECTLY RELATE TO THE INCREASE IN LEASE RATES AND FURTHER ENHANCE COMMERCE.
