THE MISSION OF TINY HOUSE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT IS TO BE A COALITION OF DIVERSE INDIVIDUALS AND LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS WHO AIM TO REDUCE HOMELESSNESS BY ENGAGING IN PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS TO CREATE A TINY HOME COMMUNITY. WORKING ALONGSIDE PEOPLE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS, OUR GOAL IS TO ENCOURAGE POSITIVE COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND FOSTER AN EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN A WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT.

THE COMPANY CONTINUES TO WORK AND DEVELOP TINY HOUSE COMMUNITIES IN GREENSBORO, HIGH POINT AND WINSTON-SALEM TO DEVELOP TINY HOUSE COMMUNITIES. SINCE DEVELOPING AND RENTING THE FIRST TINY HOUSE IN 2018, WE HAVE DEVELOPED TWO COMMUNITIES, WITH A THIRD COMMUNITY PLANNED FOR LATE 2022 OR EARLY 2023.
