THE PESH ORCHESTRA BOOSTERS IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 510(C)3 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THIS ORGANIZATION WILL ASSIST IN RAISING FUNDS TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE PLANO EAST SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL ORCHESTRA, AND TO FURNISH EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR THE HIGHEST TYPE OF MUSIC INSTRUCTION. TO PROMOTE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND SUCH OTHER ENTERPRISES TO CREATE AND ENHANCE A MORE FRIENDLY RELATIONSHIP AND UNITY OF PURPOSE BETWEEN MEMBERS OF THE ORCHESTRA, THEIR PARENTS, GUARDIANS, AND THE CITY AND SCHOOL AUTHORITIES. TO PROMOTE A BROADER AND BETTER INTEREST IN THE AREA OF MUSICAL KNOWLEDGE AT PLANO EAST SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL. ALL PROPERTY PURCHASED FOR THE ORCHESTRA SHALL BECOME PROPERTY OF THE ORCHESTRA AND THEREFORE THE PROPERTY OF THE PLANO INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT.
