BRADLEY ASSOCIATION OF SCHOLARS ("CDBAS") IS ACALIFORNIA NONPROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION THAT IS ORGANIZED TOBENEFIT AND SUPPORT THE INSTITUTE FOR EDUCATIONAL ADVANCEMENT ("IEA"),A CALIFORNIA NONPROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION THAT IS EXEMPT FROMTAXATION UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE ANDCLASSIFIED AS A PUBLIC CHARITY UNDER SECTION 509(A)(1) OF THE INTERNALREVENUE CODE (EIN: 95-4695698). CDBAS IS ORGANIZED AND INTENDS TOOPERATE AS A TYPE I SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION OF IEA.IEA IS DEDICATED TO THE INTELLECTUAL, CREATIVE, AND PERSONAL GROWTH OFOUR NATION'S GIFTED AND HIGH-POTENTIAL YOUTH. CENTRAL TO THE MISSIONOF IEA IS A COMMITMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE WHOLE CHILD THROUGH ENGAGING LEARNING EXPERIENCES THAT PROMOTE OPTIMAL CHALLENGE, MENTORSHIP, EXPLORATION OF IDEAS, AND RECOGNITION OF PERSONAL POTENTIAL.
