THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY ACTIVITY INVOLVES ORGANIZING AND RUNNING AN ANNUAL TWO DAY CONFERENCE FOR PROFESSIONAL ANIMAL TRAINERS, PET OWNERS, AND BEHAVIOR ANALYSTS. THE CONFERENCE CONSISTS OF LECTURES GIVEN BY TOP ANIMAL TRAINERS AND BEHAVIORAL SCIENTISTS. THERE ARE ALSO QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSIONS AS WELL AS NETWORKING EVENTS. IN 2020, WE CONDUCTED OUR FIFTH CONFERENCE, WHICH ATTRACTED 218 PEOPLE FROM VARIOUS STATES. IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CONFERENCE, THE ORGANIZATION ALSO HOSTS A ONE DAY PRIVATE RESEARCH MEETING FOR THE CONFERENCE SPEAKERS AND APPROXIMATELY 15-20 GRADUATE STUDENTS. THIS PRIVATE MEETING FACILITATES AN EXCHANGE OF IDEAS BETWEEN SOME OF THE TOP TRAINERS IN THE ANIMAL TRAINING COMMUNITY, STUDENTS, AND RESEARCHERS FROM THE SCIENTIFIC COMMUNITY.
