WHILE STILL AFFECTED BY COVID AND COVID-RELATED RESTRICTIONS, RAPP CENTER FOR EDUCATION WAS ABLE TO RUN MULTIPLE HEALTH CAREER TRAINING CLASSES AS WELL AS A NEW CLASS ON BUTCHERY AND MEAT PROCESSING. LIFELONG LEARNING CLASSES RESUMED IN-PERSON WITH FEWER COURSES AND LOWER REGISTRATIONS. OUR FUNDRAISING EFFORTS WERE VERY SUCCESSFUL AND WE WERE ABLE TO THANK OUR VOLUNTEERS THROUGH THE GENEROUSITY OF ONE OF OUR DONORS. WE HIRED OUR FIRST FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE, AN INSTRUCTOR FOR OUR HEALTH CAREERS CLASSES, AND WE ALSO RESUMED OUR HIGH SCHOOL INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAM WHICH HAD BEEN INTERRUPTED BY COVID.
