THE SPECIFIC PURPOSES OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO BE A CATALYST TO PROPEL THE LEGACIES OF THE CONGRESSIONAL MEDAL OF HONOR SOCIETY AND MINNESOTA MILITARY AND VETERANS FORWARD TO THE NEXT GENERATION BY HOSTING THE ANNUAL MEDAL OF HONOR CONVENTION TO BE HELD IN MINNESOTA IN 2016, AND LEGACY PROJECTS PERMITTED BY SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE CODE AS DETERMINED APPROPRIATE BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

THE MEDAL OF HONOR TWIN CITIES (MOHTC) ESTABLISHED A LEGACY PROJECT ACROSS THE COUNTRY AFTER HOSTING THE ANNUAL CMOHS CONVENTION IN 2016. THE OBJECTIVE IS TO PROVIDE THE MILITARY AND VETERANS COMMUNITY WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENGAGE WITH MEDAL OF HONOR RECIPIENTS IN A BAND OF BROTHERS AND SISTERS ENVIRONMENT BY HOSTING THREE EVENTS AT MILITARY INSTALLATIONS PRIOR TO THE SUPERBOWL.
