IN ADDITION, TO ADVANCE YOUNG PERSONS AS FUTURE ENTREPRENEURS IN THE STEPS OF HOBIE, PERSONS WHO ARE CRITICAL TO THE PROGRESSION OF TECHNOLOGY, CULTURE, AND THE LONG-TERM HEALTH OF LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL SOCIETIES AND ECONOMICS.
