TO FURTHER THE ORGANIZATIONS EXEMPT PURPOSE OF BRINGING NEW HEALTH, WELLNESS AND SOCIAL WELFARE INFRASTRUCTURE TO FLAGLER COUNTY TO REDUCE DISPARITY AND IMPROVE THE LIVES OF OUR RESIDENTS. INCLUDING PROVIDING SERVICES OF GATHERING AND REPORTING DATA SO THAT THE COMMUNITY WELFARE ORGANIZATIONS CAN PROVIDE BETTER COORDINATED SERVICES TO CERTAIN DEMOGRAPHIC POPULATIONS WITHIN FLAGLER COUNTY.
