FUTURES - REDUCES RECIDIVISM IN SCHENECTADY BY PROVIDING SUPPORT SERVICES, CAREER PLANNING, CREDENTIAL OPPORTUNITIES AND JOB COACHING TO JUSTICE- INVOLVED YOUNG ADULTS.


TRAIN UP - PROVIDES TRAINING TO YOUNG ADULTS THAT WILL LEAD TO LIVABLE WAGE JOBS IN A HIGH DEMAND CAREER THAT HAS COMMUNITY IMPACT AND DEMONSTRATES A PROMISE FOR GROWTH.


HOME FURNISHINGS - PROVIDES WORKFORCE TRAINING THROUGH RECYCLING GENTLY USED HOUSEHOLD ITEMS IN OUR WAREHOUSE TO DISTRIBUTE TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN NEED IN OUR COMMUNITY. TRAINING - ENERGY EFFICIENCY TRAINING THAT WILL LEAD TO EMPLOYMENT. HALFMOON WORKS - HALFMOON WORKS PROVIDES WOODWORKING INSTRUCTION AND GIVES STUDENTS EXPERIENCE IN MANUFACTURING.
