DARK SKIES PROGRAM: ASSIST HOMEOWNERS AND MUNICIPALITIES IN THE REGION THAT WISH TO OPT-IN TO NIGHT-SKY-FRIENDLY LIGHTING.


OTHER PROGRAMS: PARTNER WITH COMMUNITY MEMBERS ON ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PROGRAMS RELATED TO WATER, DARK SKIES, LAND, AND CULTURE.
