CROSSROADS PROVIDED HOUSING, DRUG COUNSELING, DETOX AND SOCIAL COUNSELING FOR CLIENTS IN RETURN FOR SERVICE FEES. MANAGEMENT MEETINGS FOR PROPER OPERATIONS AND PLANNING. ALL FILLING REQUIREMENTS FOR FEDERAL AND STATE TAXES FOR EMPLOYEES. PROVIDED EXPLOYMENT TO COMMUNITY AND RENTED HOME FOR CLIENT PROGRAMS TO RESIDE. PAID WORKERS COMP FOR WORKERS COVERAGE.
