BIG PICTURE TWIN CITIES WILL PROVE THAT ALL STUDENTS, REGARDLESS OF THEIR SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS, ZIP CODE, OR BACKGROUND, WHEN PROVIDED WITH A RIGOROUS AND PERSONALIZED MIDDLE SCHOOL EDUCATION, WILL BE ON A PATH PREDICTIVE OF GRADUATING FROM HIGH SCHOOL AND ACHIEVING SUCCESS IN COLLEGE. EVERY BPTC STUDENT WILL GRADUATE WITH THE SENSE OF EMPOWERMENT AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY NECESSARY TO BE A POSITIVE AND INNOVATIVE FORCE FOR CHANGE IN THE WORLD, AND WILL USE THEIR SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE TO POSITIVELY PARTICIPATE IN A DEMOCRACY AND A GLOBAL ECONOMY IN INNOVATIVE AND PERSONALLY MEANINGFUL WAYS.
