THE FILM FESTIVAL ALLIANCE PROVIDES A COLLABORATIVE PLATFORM FOR MEMBERS TO DEVELOP AND SHARE OPERATIONAL AND CURATORIAL EFFICIENCIES, SET PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS, AND ESTABLISH BEST PRACTICES. THE ALLIANCE WORKS YEAR-ROUND TO CELEBRATE AND SUPPORT THE ART OF FILM BY CONNECTING FESTIVAL PROFESSIONALS WITH ONE ANOTHER AND WITH THE GREATER FILMMAKING COMMUNITY, CREATING A SUSTAINABLE PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PRESENTATION OF FILM AND MEDIA PROGRAMS.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (MEMBERSHIP) - PRODUCTION OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OFFERINGS INCLUDING WEBINARS, NETWORKING EVENTS AND COLLABORATION WITH OTHER FILM ORGANIZATIONS, AS WELL AS THE SECOND EDITION OF THE FILM FESTIVAL LEADERSHIP LAB, PRESENTED WITH FULL SPECTRUM FEATURES, SUPPORTING EIGHT EMERGING FELLOWS THROUGH A FOUR MONTH VIRTUAL PROGRAM.
