THE MISSION IS PROVIDE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES TO VERY LOW AND MODERATE INCOME PERSONS DIRECTED TO COMMUNITIES IN POMPANO BEACH, BROWARD COUNTY AND SOUTHEAST FLORIDA. THE MOST SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITY IS THE PURCHASING OF SINGLE FAMILY HOMES, RENOVATING THEM AND LEASING THEM TO FAMILIES IN THE VERY LOW TO MODERATE INCOME BRACKET.

THE ORGANIZATION HAS PURCHASED SEVEN (7) SINGLE FAMILYHOMES AND RENOVATED THE HOMES. ONCE THE RENOVATION WAS COMPLETED, THE ORGANIZATION ADVERTISED THE AVAILABILITY OF THE HOME, SCREENED POTENTIAL APPLICANTS AND LEASED THE PROPERTY. TO DATE, THE ORGANIZATION HAS PROVIDED FOUR (4) FAMILIES WITH A PLACE TO CALL HOME.
