TENT'S EUROPE INITIATIVE COLLABORATES WITH MAJOR COMPANIES TO CONNECT REFUGEES TO JOB OPPORTUNITIES ACROSS THE REGION. BY WORKING DIRECTLY WITH EMPLOYERS, TENT AIMS TO LEVERAGE THEIR INDUSTRY EXPERTISE TO BREAK DOWN THE EXCLUSION REFUGEES OFTEN FACE IN ACCESSING THE WORKFORCE.
TENT'S AMERICAS INITIATIVE PARTNERS WITH LEADING COMPANIES TO EXPAND REFUGEE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES ACROSS NORTH AND SOUTH AMERICA. THIS PROGRAM MOBILIZES BUSINESSES TO APPLY THEIR STRENGTHS TOWARD ADDRESSING BARRIERS THAT PREVENT REFUGEES FROM FULLY PARTICIPATING IN THE WORKFORCE.
