NWSP HAS FOUR PRIMARY FOCUS AREAS RELATED TO ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, INCLUDING: (1) HOUSING, (2) COMMERCIAL CORRIDOR DEVELOPMENT, (3) SAFETY, AND (4) COMMUNITY HEALTH. HOUSING AND HEALTH HAVE BEEN A MAJOR DRIVER OF MANY PROGRAMS AND INITIATIVES, INCLUDING NWSP'S WORK WITH CONCORDIA 27, A COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY CENTER DESIGNED TO PROVIDE GREAT ACCESS TO HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAMMING AND HIGH-QUAULITY, AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN THE NEAR WEST SIDE. NWSP SEES HEALTH AND WELLBEING, HOUSING AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT AS FUNDEMENTAL CHARATERISTICS OF A SAFE AND THRIVING COMMUNITY.
