SUPPORTING THE MID-WILLAMETTE FAMILY YMCA, INC. THROUGH CONSTRUCTION AND LEASE OF A NEW YMCA FACILITY. MWFY NMTC HOLDINGS WAS INITIALLY FORMED TO FACILITATE A NEW MARKETS TAX CREDIT (NMTC) FOR THE MID-WILLAMETTE FAMILY YMCA, INC. DURING THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2021, THE SEVEN YEAR REQUIRED NMTC TRANSACTION CONCLUDED AND WAS UNWOUND. THE UNWINDING INCLUDED FORGIVENESS OF TWO NOTES PAYABLE AGGREGATING $8,000,000. THE LOAN FORGIVENESS WAS RECORDED AS INCOME, NET OF LOAN FEES OF $256,009 (TOTAL INCOME OF $7,743,991).
