Describe the Organization's Program Activity:

Part 3 - Line 4a

AS PART OF ITS GLOBAL MISSION, H/3 FOUNDATION IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING ANIMALS AND THEIR FAMILIES WITH THE RESOURCES NECESSARY TO ACCESS THE BEST VETERINARY CARE. IN PURSUING THIS OBJECTIVE, FROM TIME TO TIME H/3 WILL FUND THE VETERINARY, HOSPITAL, AND HOUSING COSTS FOR ANIMALS IN NEED WITH URGENT, LIFE-THREATENING CONDITIONS.

DURING THE HEIGHT OF THE HUMANITARIAN CRISIS IN AFGHANISTAN, H/3 FOUNDATION PARTNERED WITH MULTIPLE INTERNATIONAL ANIMAL RESCUE ORGANIZATIONS TO RESCUE ANIMALS FROM AFGHANISTAN. AS PART OF THIS COLLABORATIVE EFFORT, H/3 FOUNDATION WORKED WITH THE PUPPY RESCUE MISSION, INC. AND THE KABUL SMALL ANIMAL RESCUE SHELTER, BOTH 501(C)(3) CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS, TO CONTRACT WITH CLS WORLD LIMITED, A CHARTER PLANE OPERATOR, TO FLY INTO KABUL AND AIRLIFT RESCUE ANIMALS OUT OF AFGHANISTAN. DUE TO THE URGENT NATURE OF THE CRISIS AND THE QUICK RESPONSE NEEDED TO BOOK THE FLIGHT, H/3 FOUNDATION PAID A NON-REFUNDABLE CHARTER FEE TO CLS WORLD LIMITED TO SECURE THE AIRCRAFT ON BEHALF OF THE RESCUE MISSION. THIS EXPENDITURE IS CONSISTENT WITH H/3 FOUNDATION'S CHARITABLE PURPOSE AND ANIMAL WELFARE INITIATIVES.
