SPECIFICALLY, THE COMMUNITY VALUES ARE COMPRISED OF CREATIVITY, TRANSPARENCY, INCLUSIVITY, AFFORDABILITY, DIVERSITY, EQUITY, CONNECTION, COLLABORATION, SUSTAINABILITY, AND STEWARDSHIP.
