QUALITY SEEKS TO DEVELOP A STANDARDIZED MEASURE OF THE QUALITY IN THE FAMILY PLANNING, ABORTION SERVICE, AND MATERNAL HEALTH AREAS. THE ACQTOOL IS A SHORT SET OF INDICATORS DEVELOPED TO PROVIDE AN ACCURATE ASSESSMENT OF THE QUALITY OF ABORTION SERVICE AN INDIVIDUAL HAS RECEIVED DURING AND AFTER THEIR ABORTION EXPERIENCE.


EFFICIENCY SEEKS TO MEASURE THE EFFICIENCY OF PROGRAMS, SERVICES DELIVERED, AND GENERAL OPERATIONS ALLOWING FOR INCREASED EFFECTIVENESS. THIS METRIC FOCUSES ON COST EFFECTIVENESS, PATIENT FLOW ANALYSIS, AND SUSTAINABILITY.
