TEC ALSO PARTNERS WITH SCHOOLS, DISTRITS, AND OTHER EDUCATOR ORGANIZATIONS TO PROVIDE HOLISTIC WELLBEING PROGRAMMING FOR EDUCATORS. THIS INNOVATIVE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SERIES EQUIPS EDUCATORS WITH THE TOOLS NEEDED TO THRIVE IN THEIR ROLES, COMBATTING THE STRESS AND BURNOUT THAT MOST COMMONLY LEADS TO EDUCATOR ATTRITION. 90% OF THE TEACHERS RETAINED; 92% OF THOSE TEACHERS WERE OF COLOR, 92% CREDIT THE EDUCATOR COLLECTIVE WITH INCREASING RETENTIONK 97% RATED OUR PROGRAMS WITH AN POSITIVE RATING; AND 94% OF TEACHERS FELT PROGRAMMING HELPED THEM MANAGE THEIR STRESS AND WELL BEING.
