OPERATING UNDER THE 20 TO 80% RULE, 80% OF OUR STUDENTS FOCUS ON BUILDING THEIR FUTURES ON THE AFRICAN CONTINENT, FOSTERING GROWTH, PROGRESS, AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT. OUR FLAGSHIP INITIATIVES, LEADING CHANGE AFRICA'S LEADERSHIP ACADEMY AND COLLEGE PREPARATORY PROGRAM, EMPOWER HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WITH ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR LEADERSHIP, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, AND GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP. AFRICAN LEADERS ARE PREPARED FOR STUDY AT US UNIVERSITIES, ENROLLED AT WESLI TO DEVELOP ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS, THEN TRANSFERRED TO MADISON COLLEGE FOR GENERAL COLLEGE STUDIES BEFORE TRANSITIONING TO A MAJOR UNIVERSITY. STUDENTS RECEIVE REGULAR LEADERSHIP TRAINING, MENTORING, AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES THROUGHOUT THEIR STUDIES.
