THE ORGANIZATION WAS CREATED TO ENFORCE CERTAIN RURAL DENSITY COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS IN A LARGE TRACT OF REAL ESTATE LOCATED IN PORTIONS OF CHARLESTON AND DORCHESTER COUNTIES OF SC ("EAST EDISTO REGION"). SUCH DENSITY COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS ARE TO BE MONITORED BY THE ORGANIZATION TO RESTRICT DEVELOPMENT ON THE REAL ESTATE IN THE EAST EDISTO REGION THAT IS SUBJECT TO THE SAID COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS.
