MOBILIZATION:- OVER 660,000 EMAILS WERE SENT TO LAWMAKERS THROUGHOUT LEGISLATIVE SESSION. - EQUALITY FLORIDA FIELD STAFF MOBILIZED 130 VOLUNTEERS INTO 23 VIRTUAL DAYS OF ACTION FROM HOME. VOLUNTEERS MADE 67,675 CALLS INSPIRING 994 EQUALITY FLORIDA MEMBERS AND SUPPORTERS TO MAKE PATCH-THRU CALLS TO THE OFFICES OF FLORIDA'S LEGISLATIVE LEADERSHIP. - MOBILIZED IN TOTAL OVER 300 GRASSROOTS ADVOCATES TO ATTEND LEGISLATIVE HEARINGS AND DEBATES ON THE "TRANS SPORTS BAN"


OUTREACH: HOSTED MONTHLY GATHERINGS OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND GOVERNMENTAL LEADERS IDENTIFYING AND ADDRESSING KEY ISSUES FOR THE LGBTQ COMMUNITY, WITH PARTICIPATION FROM MORE THAN 50 LEADERS THAT INCLUDED FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL ELECTED OFFICIALS; STATE AGENCY REPRESENTATIVES; AND LGBTQ, HIV, AND REPRODUCTIVE FREEDOM ORGANIZATION LEADERS.


ADVOCACY:- TRAINED ADVOCATES FOR, PARTICIPATED IN, AND LED MULTIPLE MEETINGS WITH FLORIDA'S CONGRESS MEMBERS REGARDING THE NEED FOR FEDERAL LGBTQ NONDISCRIMINATION PROTECTIONS. - SUPPORTED SUCCESSFUL LOCAL EFFORTS TO UPDATE BROWARD COUNTY'S HUMAN RIGHTS ORDINANCE AND REMOVE RELIGIOUS EXEMPTIONS SPECIFIC TO THE LGBTQ COMMUNITY. - WORKED WITH LOCAL GOVERNMENTS TO RECOGNIZE NONDISCRIMINATION BASED ON SEXUAL ORIENTATION AND GENDER IDENTITY IN EXISTING SEX-BASED NONDISCRIMINATION POLICIES. (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O)- MOBILIZED AGAINST SCHOOL BOARD ATTACKS, ATTEMPTS TO INTRODUCE SO-CALLED SANCTUARY CITY ORDINANCES, AND FOUGHT AGAINST ST. PETERSBURG MUNICIPAL FUNDING ALLOCATION TO ANTI-ABORTION CLINICS.
