LOANS OF AUDIOBOOKS, BOOK KITS, BULK LOANS, ELLISION MACHINE, EQUIPMENT, ETC. THE SYSTEM WILL LOAN AREA LIBRARIES, STUDENT GROUPS OR OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THESE ITEMS FOR USE TO PROMOTE EDUCATION AND LIBRARY SERVICES.
THE SYSTEM PROVIDES WORKSHOPS ON TOPICS OF INTEREST TO LIBRARIANS AND MEDIA SPECIALISTS TO ENCOURAGE READING AND OTHER SERVICES THAT THEIR LIBRARIES CAN PROVIDE THE PUBLIC.
THE SYSTEM PROVIDES TRAINING AND CONSULTATION TO LIBRARIANS, MEDIA SPECIALISTS AND BOARD MEMBERS ON THE BENEFITS OF LIBRARY USAGE AND HOW TO MAXIMIZE AVAILABLE RESOURCES.
