EPICENTER PROVIDES ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN RESOURCES, OPERATES AN ARTIST-IN-RESIDENCY PROGRAM (THE FRONTIER FELLOWSHIP), FACILITATES COMMUNITY GROUPS, AND ASSISTS BOTH EMERY COUNTY AND THE CITY OF GREEN RIVER IN COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS. EPICENTER ADVOCATES FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING, COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, AND THE ARTS AS A HOLISTIC WAY OF IMPROVING QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL GREEN RIVER RESIDENTS.
