HOPE HARBOR IS IN THE START-UP PHASE OF OPERATIONS, SO THERE HAS BEEN LITTLE PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS IN THE 2018 YEAR. HOPE HARBOR IS PURSUING ITS PROGRAM SERVICE GOALS OF 1) PROVIDING HOUSING; 2) CASE MANAGEMENT WITH AN EMPHASIS ON PERSONAL GOAL PLANS; 3) LIFE SKILLS CLASSES IN FINANCE, PARENTING, HEALTH, NURTITION, AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT; 4) CONSISTENT EMOTIONAL SUPPORT THROUGH THE CARE OF STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS; 5) REFERRAL TO COMMUNITY RESOURCES FOR EDUCATION, VOCATIONAL EVALUAITON, DEVELOPMENT COUNSELING, AND FAMILY ASSISTANCE.
