THE MCDOWELL EAST RECREATION COMPLEX'S MISSION IS TO BUILD A RECREATION COMPLEX FOR THE MARION EAST COMMUNITY THAT IS INCLUSIVE, EQUITABLY ACCESSIBLE, AND CHRIST-CENTERED. THE VISION OF MERC IS A SPACE EMBEDDED IN THE FABRIC OF OUR COMMUNITY WHERE THE MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT THRIVE. WE STRIVE TO MAKE THE MERC A PLACE WHERE PEOPLE GATHER, CONNECT, PRAY, SHARE GOD'S WORD, AND WORK FURTHER TO ENRICH THE HEALTH AND WELLNESS OF THE MARION EAST COMMUNITY OVERALL.
