ICAS 2023 ANNUAL CONFERENCE ICAS HOSTED ITS 2023 ANNUAL CONFERENCE ON OCTOBER 17, 2023. THE CONFERENCE WAS HELD IN FULL, IN-PERSON FORMAT FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MORE THAN FOUR YEARS AND BROADCASTED VIA ZOOM TO VIRTUAL AUDIENCES. THE CONFERENCE HOSTED A KEYNOTE DIALOGUE BETWEEN MINISTER XU XUEYUAN AT THE CHINESE EMBASSY IN WASHINGTON, D.C. AND DR. DAVID LAMPTON. THE CONFERENCE ALSO HOSTED TWO PANELS OF DISCUSSION OVER COOPERATION, COMPETITION AND RIVALRY, AND THE SELETIVE DECOUPLING IN U.S.-CHINA RELATIONS. AMY CELICO DELIVERED THE LUNCHEON SPEECH.
TRADE N TECHNOLOGY TNT PROGRAM THE PROGRAM CHRONICLES AND ANALYZES THE EVOLVING DYNAMICS OF U.S.-CHINA TRADE AND TECHNOLOGY AFFAIRS AS THEY OCCUR.
