THE MINNESOTA HOMEOWNERS ALLIANCE, INC. WAS FOUNDED IN 2014 TO ORGANIZE AND OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY TO PROMOTE SOCIAL WELFARE. THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ALLIANCE IS TO PROTECT PEOPLE'S PROPERTY RIGHTS, HOME VALUES AND THE REAL ESTATE MARKET ON A STATEWIDE AND LOCAL BASIS. THE ALLIANCE WORKS ON BEHALF OF PROPERTY OWNERS BY MEANS OF EDUCATION AND ADVOCACY. THROUGH EDUCATION, THE ALLIANCE KEEPS THE STATE'S PROPERTY OWNERS INFORMED OF FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL REGULATORY ISSUES THAT AFFECT THE OWNERSHIP OF PROPERTY IN MINNESOTA. ADVOCACY EFFORTS FOCUS ON COMMUNICATION AND GRASSROOTS MOBILIZATION.
