(SEE SCHEDULE O) THE CORPORATION IS FORMED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION AS DEFINED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS THE SAME MAY LATER BE AMENDED. THE CORPORATION MAY NOT ENGAGE, OTHER THAN AS AN INSUBSTANTIAL PART OF ITS ACTIVITIES, IN ACTIVITIES THAT DO NOT ADVANCE THAT PURPOSE. WITHOUT INTENDING TO LIMIT THE FOREGOING STATEMENTS, THE COMPANY MAY CULTIVATE A GROUP OF MIDDLE OR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WHO LIVE IN THOMAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, OR ITS SURROUNDING COUNTIES, FOR INSTRUCTION IN THE CHRISTIAN FAITH, GROUP OR PRIVATE WORSHIP SERVICES, CHRISTIAN EVANGELISM, OUTREACH, AND MISSION ACTIVITIES (PARTICULARLY AIMED AT MEETING THE PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, AND SPIRITUAL NEEDS OF THE POOR) AND ATTENDANCE AT CHRISTIAN YOUTH CONFERENCES AND EVENTS.

(SEE SCHEDULE O) 1 NEED NOW'S MEMBERS PARTICIPATED IN THE FOLLOWING: MET TWICE A MONTH ON SUNDAYS AFTER CHURCH DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR WITH A LESSON CENTERED ON BIBLICAL TEACHINGS. (II) TOOK STUDENTS TO BIGSTUF (CHRISTIAN CAMP IN PANAMA CITY BEACH). (III) DISCIPLESHIP WEEKEND IN JANUARY WITH MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS HOSTED BY 1ST BAPTIST CHURCH. SHARED JESUS WITH PEOPLE AT HOTELS, LAUNDROMATS, RETAIL OUTLETS, AND ANYWHERE ELSE WERE LED. (IV) MONTHLY MULTI-RELATIONAL "JESUS FOCUSED" OUTREACH ENDEAVORS IN THOMASVILLE, GA (INCLUDING EASTER SUNDAY AND CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS). (V) TOOK TEENAGERS TO NEW ORLEANS OVER SPRING BREAK AND DURING THE SUMMER (JULY 4TH WEEK) ON MISSION TRIPS WHERE THEY MINISTERED TO PEOPLE ON TROLLEYS, AT HOSPITALS, UNDER THE BRIDGES, AT HOTELS, AND ANYWHERE ELSE THAT JESUS LED THEM. (VI) TOOK TEENAGERS TO NYC-BROOKLYN DURING THE SUMMER WHERE THEY MINISTERED TO PEOPLE IN THE NAME OF JESUS ON THE STREETS AND LOCAL PARKS. (VII) TOOK TEENAGERS TO SAN FRANCISCO OVER FALL BREAK. PARTNERED WITH SF CITY IMPACT (HELPED WITH THE CHILDREN MINISTRY, COOKED FOOD FOR THE RESCUE MISSION AND SCHOOL, SHARED JESUS WITH THE HOMELESS ON THE STREETS AT NIGHT AND SERVED FOOD TO THE HOMELESS. (VIII) PASSED OUT MEALS ON THANKSGIVING DAY TO THOSE IN NEED IN THOMASVILLE, GA. (IX) HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL WEEKLY BIBLE STUDIES ON MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHTS.
