THE AGENCY PROVIDES CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH CARE (CHHA) TO CLIENTS IN WESTCHESTER COUNTY AND IS SUPPORTED PRIMARILY BY COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICE REVENUE PAID BY MEDICARE. OUR HOME HEALTH AGENCY IS A CERTIFIED HOME CARE SERVICES AGENCY, OWNED AND STAFFED BY UNITED HEBREW, AND EXTENDS OUR AWARD-WINNING CAMPUS OF COMPREHENSIVE CARE INTO THE COMMUNITY. WE BRING QUALITY SKILLED NURSING AND REHABILITATION TO YOUR FRONT DOOR WITH SERVICES AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK IN WESTCHESTER COUNTY AND THE GREATER NEW YORK CITY AREA. OUR JOB IS TO HELP PATIENTS SMOOTHLY TRANSITION FROM THE HOSPITAL OR NURSING FACILITY TO THE COMFORT OF THEIR OWN HOMES.
