TO OPERATE A PUBLIC FARMER'S AND FISHERMAN'S MARKET WHICH WILL EDUCATE THE PUBLIC, LESSEN THE BURDENS OF GOVERNMENT, LESSEN NEIGHBOROOD TENSIONS, AND COMBAT COMMUNITY DETERIORATION IN BALDWIN COUNTY BY PROVIDING A REGULAR FORUM FOR MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY TO LEARN ABOUT SUSTAINABLE FARMING AND FISHING PRACTICES, ORGANIC FOOD GROWTH AND PREPARATION, AND OTHER PROJECTS FOR THE EDUCATION OF THE COMMUNITY.
