IT ALSO PROVIDES TECHNICAL, MANAGERIAL AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO MUTUAL WATER COMPANIES AND SMALL WATER SYSTEMS IN CALIFORNIA TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATORY AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS.
