IN FISCAL YEAR 2019, THE BRICKER LAVIK COMMUNITY LAW FIRM D/B/A COLLABORATIVE COMMUNITY LAW INITIATIVE HIRED A PART-TIME EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR WHO MANAGED OUR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING, PROVIDED EDUCATIONAL AND MENTORING SERVICES TO OUR 3-7 PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS, MANAGED OUR VOLUNTEER MENTORS, AND ORGANIZED FUND RAISING EVENTS. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES TRAINING AND MENTOR SHIP TO NEW LAWYERS TO SERVE CLIENTS AT LOW-FEE OR SLIDING SCALE RATES.
