THIS PROGRAM HELPS TO DEVELOP, CULTIVATE, AND STRENGTHEN COMMUNITY-BASED PARTNERSHIPS TO REACH POPULATIONS DISPROPORTIONATELY AFFECTED BY COVID-19. THE COMMUNITY PARTNERS ARE POSITIONED TO HELP ADDRESS SPECIFIC ISSUES IN OUR COMMUNITIES, AND TO INCREASE VACCINE UPTAKE IN OUR AREAS.
YOU GOT THE JUICE PROGRAM, A PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES DIRECT FOOD ASSISTANCE THROUGHOUT THE CHICAGO SOUTHSIDE. HIGH QUALITY, FRESH PRODUCE AND NON-PERISHABLE FOODS ARE PROVIDED TO OVER 2000 PEOPLE IN NEED OF EMERGENCY FOOD ASSISTANCE.
