AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM - SERVICED OVER 300 KIDS YEAR ROUND.FAMILY SUPPORT GROUPS AND PROGRAMS - SERVICED OVER 200 FAMILIESLIFE SKILL TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMUNITY SERVICESTHE BREVARD REENTRY PORTAL/THE REENTRY CENTER OF BREVARD PROVIDES PEOPLE WHO ARE MODERATE-TO-HIGH RISK OF RECIDIVATING BASED ON FDCS CINAS RISK-NEEDS ASSESSMENT WITH PRE-AND POST-RELEASE REENTRY SERVICES TO ASSIST IN THEIR TRANSITION BACK INTO THE COMMUNITY AFTER A PERIOD OF INCARCERATION. THESE REENTRY SERVICES ARE COMPLETED IN COLLABORATION WITH FDC.
