REGIONAL MOBILITY/INFRASTRUCTURE: ADVANCE THE CAPITAL REGION'S TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM, MOBILITY, AND INFRASTRUCTURE BY COLLABORATION AMONG PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ENTITIES TO CATALYZE SOLUTIONS.
