THE MAJORITY OF THE BUDGET IS FOR LABOR AND OCCUPANCY EXPENSES SUCH AS UTILITIES, INSURANCE, AND BUILDING REPAIRS. HOURS OF OPERATION ARE WEDNESDAY THRU FRIDAY 10 A.M. TO 4 P.M. AND SATURDAY 10 S.M. TO 2 P.M. THE MUSEUM IS ALSO OPEN PERIODICALLY FOR MISSISSIPPI RIVER CRUISE SHIPS THAT COME TO PHILLIPS COUNTY. BOARD AND MUSEUM MEMBERS VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME TO GIVE THESE TOURS.
