DEDICATED TO ENABLING AND DRIVING THE WIDESPREAD ADOPTION OF PRODUCTS, SYSTEMS AND SERVICES THAT SUPPORT THE INTERNET OF EVERYTHING WITH AN OPEN, UNIVERSAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK SUPPORTED BY A VIBRANT ECOSYSTEM AND THRIVING TECHNICAL COMMUNITY. IT IS THE BROADEST CROSS-INDUSTRY CONSORTIUM TO DATE TO ADVANCE ADOPTION AND INNOVATION IN THE "INTERNET OF EVERYTHING" IN HOMES AND INDUSTRY. ALLSEEN ALLIANCE ENTERED INTO AN ASSET TRANSFER AGREEMENT WITH OPEN CONNECTIVITY FOUNDATION (OCF), AN ORGANIZATION EXEMPT FROM INCOME TAX UNDER SECTION 501(C)(6). THE MISSION OF OCF IS TO DEFINE CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS AND ENSURE INTEROPERABILITY OF THE BILLIONS OF DEVICES THAT WILL MAKE UP THE EMERGING INTERNET OF THINGS.
